Do you work on weekends?
No we do not work weekends. The 72-hour turnaround times applies to business days only and does not include holidays and weekends.

Since you have already had a resume written by ResumeTarget.com, you automatically receive a discount for any future resume services.

To have your resume updated or have another resume written for a different industry, we recommend using our Resume Tailor service. Our Resume Tailor service is designed to tailor an existing resume to a new industry or purpose.

The cost is a flat fee of $99.95, and you would submit the order online via the ResumeTarget.com website.
 
How do I pay for services?
Payment for ResumeTarget.com services can be made using one of the following methods:

Credit Card -- Through PayPal, We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery, and American Express.

PayPal -- We accept payment via a Paypal account.

In Canada - We also accept Interac Debit through your online financial institution.
 
How do  use a coupon code or gift certificate?
If you have received a coupon code for a discount on your ResumeTarget services, simply enter it on the order form when submitting your payment information.

We accept only one coupon code per customer per order; we do not accept multiple coupon codes for the same order.

Coupon codes are not valid on additional delivery costs or add-on services.
 
My credit card isn't going through? What should I do?

How do you deliver the new resume to me?
All orders are delivered via email as Microsoft Word documents. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly when submitting your order. Once you submit an order, if you don't receive a confirmation email that it has been received, please contact us right away to be sure your email address is entered correctly.
 
What are your turnaround times?
The standard turnaround time for ALL of our services is 72 hours from the time when payment for your order is processed. Your order is delivered back to the email address you specified when submitting your order.
 
I'm thinking of changing careers, can you help me?
Our resume writers have experience helping our clients who wish to re-enter the work force, change careers or advance in their current careers.

When you have received your questionnaire, we ask you what your future career intentions. This way the resume writer is well aware of your career goals and can articulate them in your resume.
 
After I submit my order through the website, how long should it take for my resume writer to call me?
You can expect to be contacted by your resume writer anywhere from 24 to 48 hours after you submit your order and complete the questionnaire.

If you do not receive a telephone call (or a voicemail message) within that time, please contact Customer Support at support@resumetarget.com to determine the status of your order.
 
I ordered a resume but never completed the questionnaire, will this affect the 72-hour turnaround of my resume?
Yes, it will definitely affect the standard 72-hour turnaround time.
The order will not be assigned to a resume writer until the Questionnaire is returned.
The 72-turnaround time will go into effect immediately after we receive your Questionnaire.
 
In what format will my resume be returned?
Resumes are returned in standard Microsoft Word format and ASCII (text). We can also provide them in rich text format (.RTF) or in PDF format.
 
Will I get the opportunity to speak to my resume writer? What if I am an international customer?
Yes, as part of the service, you will receive a phone call from the resume writer assigned to your order, whether you live in the United States or abroad. When you fill out the questionnaire, please be sure to include a valid phone number(s) and the time when you would like to be called (as well as your time zone).
 
What if I am not completely satisfied with my completed order?
We value you as a client and will investigate all complaints to ensure that our resume writers provided you with a service that lived up to our high standards of quality.

If you are not satisfied with your returned resume, please follow the steps below:

- For seven days after your resume is returned to you, you are encouraged to correspond with your editor by email to request further revisions.


- If you remain unsatisfied after further revisions by your original resume writer, or if you believe that there is, please contact customer support at support@resumetarget.com and notify them of your grievance, invoice number and email address. Your issue will be immediately escalated to a member of our management team who will review your complaint and contact you as soon as possible to discuss further.

Resume Distribution Answers

I paid for resume distribution add-on, but i Haven't received any information?
You will receive a personal identification number (PIN) and instructions for the Resume Distribution add-on shortly after your resume order is completed and returned to you. That information will be forwarded in a separate email.

You may also contact Customer Support at support@resumetarget.com to determine the status of your Resume Distribution order.
 
How do I use the Resume Distribution add-on that came with my resume package?
Once your resume has been finalized, simply log in to the members area and click on Resume Distribution. Enter the PIN Code you received when you registered.
 
Is Resume Distribution included in all your resume & career services?
Resume Distribution package A is included with every resume & career service on ResumeTarget.com only. Resume Posting and Submission to Jobs can be added as add-on service for an additional fee.
